Slow roasted in the French style, our duck confit is prepared right here on our farm in our certified kitchen. Smothered in herbs of provence, sea salt and garlic then fully cooked, this fall-off-the-bone duck confit needs only to be warmed up and enjoyed for a gourmet dinner.
Instructions: thaw fully, then place on a baking sheet, and roast for 30 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
