Description

We use only our own local duck and Sasquatch Stout from Old Yale Brewery for our signature Duck Pot Pie. Made in our own farm store, this loaded pie is generously filled with chinks of duck, vegetables, and creamy brown gravy. Keep a couple in the freezer for those nights when you just want to pop dinner into the oven and forget about it.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F and place pie on a baking sheet. Cook from frozen for one hour or until internal temperature is 165°F/74°C. If crust browns early, cover with foil.

Ingredients: FVSP duck meat, Old Yale Sasquatch Stout, potato, carrot, onion, celery, peas, HP Sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire, duck fat, garlic, flour, salt, pepper
