Duck wings

Duck wings are larger than chicken wings, and roast up beautiful with one very thick, meaty joint, followed by a crispy crunchy tip joint. They benefit from a low temperature, slow roast in fat (like a duck confit technique) to bring out the flavours and loosen the meat from the bone.

Our ducks are raised in free run barns, with fresh wood shavings added every day for clean bedding. They enjoy a diet of 100% Canadian whole grains, and water straight from our aquifer.
