Cooking instructions:

Fried wonton: Heat enough oil in a deep-frying pan or pot over medium-high heat to fully submerge the wontons. Add wontons without overcrowding, frying until golden and crispy, around 3-4 minutes per side. Flip with a slotted spoon or tongs and fry the other side until golden. Transfer cooked wontons to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Boiled wonton: Boil a pot of salted water. Carefully add wontons without overcrowding. Stir gently to prevent sticking. Boil for 3-5 minutes until they float and the filling reaches internal temperature of 74°C/165°F.
