Description
Like a classic split pea soup that’s thick and comforting, but with smoked duck breast. Loaded with chunks of locally smoked duck breast, potato, and split green peas.
How to prepare: thaw and pour into a saucepan, and heat at medium-high heat on the stovetop until temperature reaches 165F/74C.
Ingredients: split green peas, chicken stock, water, Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry smoked duck breast, onion, celery, butter, garlic, bay leaf, salt, pepper.
