Take the guesswork out of cooking duck. Zesty, flavourful, and perfectly seasoned, these cook-in-the-bag duck legs come out tender and fall-off-the-bone delicious.
Contents: 2 seasoned duck legs in an oven-safe cooking bag, packaged in a small freezer-ready box.
Cooking instructions: Remove bag from box, place on an oven-safe pan, pierce the centre of the bag with a knife tip or pin, and put pan in a cold oven (do not remove legs from the bag). Set oven to 285⁰F. From fresh, bake for 1.5 hours. From frozen, bake for 2 hours. Increase oven temperature to 350⁰F, and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until internal temperature is 145⁰F (74⁰C). Remove pan from the oven. Be careful when you cut open the bag, as steam will escape. Plate and serve.
